1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following capitalised terms have the meanings set out below:
1.1 "AW33", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the AW33 platform [LEGAL: Insert formal company name and registration jurisdiction].
1.2 "Account" — your registered AW33 user account, including all balances, history, and personal data.
1.3 "Platform" — the AW33 website (aw-33.com), the AW33 mobile application, and all related services and content.
1.4 "Player", "you", "your" — any natural person who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.
1.5 "Services" — all gaming products, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, lottery, and related promotional activities.
1.6 "Content" — text, graphics, logos, software, audio, video, and all other materials published on the Platform.
1.7 "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures.
1.8 "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering compliance procedures.
1.9 "NPR" — Nepalese Rupees, the currency of all Player accounts.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Accounts identified as belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the case logged for compliance review.
2.2 Legal capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
2.3 Jurisdictional eligibility. AW33 services are not available in jurisdictions where their use would be unlawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you. AW33 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction.
2.4 One account per person. Each Player may register and maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of associated balances.
2.5 Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated. AW33 reserves the right to verify all information at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts containing inaccurate or fraudulent details.
2.6 Right to refuse registration. AW33 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse registration to any individual without providing reasons.
3. Account Security
3.1 Credential responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other Account credentials. Any activity occurring under your Account is deemed to be your activity.
3.2 Notification of unauthorised access. You must notify AW33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our 24/7 support team.
3.3 No sharing. You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise allow another person to access your Account. Account-sharing is grounds for immediate suspension.
3.4 Forced password reset. AW33 may, at our discretion, require you to reset your password as a security precaution.
4. Identity Verification (KYC) and AML Compliance
4.1 Verification requirement. Players are required to complete identity verification ("KYC") in accordance with AML obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time during the relationship.
4.2 Acceptable documents. AW33 accepts the following Nepali identity documents: Citizenship Certificate (नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्र), Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and PAN Card. Additional documentation may be requested for source-of-funds verification on larger transactions.
4.3 Verification timeframe. KYC verification typically completes within 24 hours. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification.
4.4 Right to suspend. AW33 may restrict Account activity, including suspending withdrawals, pending the completion of identity verification or further AML investigation.
4.5 False information. Submission of false or forged documentation is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances. AW33 may also report such conduct to relevant authorities.
5. Deposits
5.1 Supported methods. AW33 currently supports deposits via eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, and ConnectIPS. AW33 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All deposits are processed in NPR. Conversions, if applicable, are handled by your payment provider; AW33 does not charge currency conversion fees.
5.3 Minimum deposit. NPR 100, subject to change with notice. Specific maximum limits depend on your VIP tier and payment method.
5.4 Deposit fees. AW33 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
5.5 Account funding source. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned where possible, with the corresponding amount removed from your Account.
5.6 Failed or rejected deposits. Failed deposits are usually due to insufficient funds, KYC mismatch, or payment provider limits. Contact support if a deposit does not arrive within 5 minutes.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawal to original method. For AML compliance, withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where the original method is no longer available, additional verification will be required.
6.2 Processing times. eSewa and Khalti withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes for verified Accounts. ConnectIPS bank transfers may take 2–4 hours during banking days. First-time withdrawals may take longer pending KYC review.
6.3 Withdrawal limits. Standard daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply, scaling with your VIP tier. Specific limits are visible in your Account dashboard.
6.4 Cancellation. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled before processing begins. Once a withdrawal enters the "Processing" stage, it cannot be cancelled.
6.5 Refusal of withdrawal. AW33 reserves the right to refuse, hold, or claw back withdrawals where:
- Identity verification is incomplete or contested
- Bonus terms have been violated
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- AML or regulatory holds are required
- The Account is subject to active investigation
6.6 Source of funds. AW33 may require documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds, particularly for large withdrawals.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 Discretionary nature. All bonuses, promotions, and free credits are offered at AW33's sole discretion and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time.
7.2 Wagering requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, and game contribution rates are stated on each promotion's terms page.
7.3 Game contribution. Different game categories contribute to wagering at different rates:
- Slots — typically 100%
- Live casino — typically 10%
- Sports betting — typically excluded from casino bonus wagering
- Crash games — typically 50–100% depending on the bonus
7.4 Bonus expiry. Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 7–30 days). Unmet wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
7.5 Maximum win caps. Some bonuses include maximum win caps. Winnings exceeding the cap will be removed before withdrawal.
7.6 Maximum bet size. While playing with an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin or hand may be limited (typically NPR 500 or as specified). Exceeding this limit may void winnings derived from the bonus.
7.7 Bonus abuse. AW33 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and any associated balance where we determine in our sole discretion that the bonus has been abused. Examples of bonus abuse include:
- Operating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus
- Exclusive low-risk play patterns designed to clear wagering with minimal exposure
- Coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
- Depositing solely to extract bonus value with no intent to engage in genuine play
7.8 Stacking. Some bonuses cannot be stacked or combined with other promotions. Eligibility is enforced at the system level.
8. Game Rules and Game Outcomes
8.1 RNG certification. All AW33 casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories such as iTechLabs, GLI, or BMM Testlabs.
8.2 RTP disclosure. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the original game provider and are published in each game's information panel. AW33 does not modify RTP percentages.
8.3 Game malfunction. Where a game malfunctions due to technical error, software bug, or platform issue:
- All resulting transactions related to the malfunction are void
- Stakes will be refunded to the affected Player(s)
- Apparent winnings derived from the malfunction will not be paid
8.4 Final outcome determination. AW33's records of game outcomes — sourced from the certified game provider — are final and binding.
8.5 Disconnection during play. If you are disconnected during a live or table game, the game continues based on its existing rules. Specific disconnection policies are published in each game's rules section.
9. Sports Betting Rules
9.1 Bet acceptance. A bet is only deemed accepted once it appears in your bet history with a confirmation number.
9.2 Voided bets. A bet may be voided where:
- The match is abandoned and not completed within 48 hours
- The market was offered in error (palpable error)
- Match-fixing or integrity concerns are confirmed by the relevant sporting authority
- Technical or pricing errors are identified
9.3 Cash-out. Cash-out is offered on most pre-match and live cricket markets at AW33's discretion. The cash-out value reflects current market odds; once accepted, the bet is settled and cannot be reinstated.
9.4 Maximum payout. Maximum payouts apply per bet, per market, and per event. Specific limits are published in the sportsbook rules section.
9.5 Multiple bets. Combination/parlay bets follow standard sportsbook rules. Voided legs in a multi reduce the multiplier accordingly; they do not void the entire wager.
9.6 Pricing errors. AW33 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous prices, regardless of result.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:
10.1 Operate or attempt to operate multiple Accounts.
10.2 Engage in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
10.3 Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or software to interact with the Platform.
10.4 Place wagers on events in which you have a personal interest, are a participant, or have insider knowledge.
10.5 Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
10.6 Attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate promotional mechanics.
10.7 Sell, share, or transfer your Account to another person.
10.8 Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
10.9 Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the AW33 software.
10.10 Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation.
Violation of any prohibition above is grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in criminal prosecution where applicable.
11. Inactive and Dormant Accounts
11.1 Inactivity definition. An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity for 12 consecutive months.
11.2 Notification. Before an Account is classified as dormant, AW33 will attempt to notify the registered Player using the contact details on file.

12. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion
12.1 Voluntary closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any balance must be withdrawn before closure (subject to KYC and any active wagering requirements).
12.2 Closure for breach. AW33 may suspend or close your Account, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
12.3 Self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is governed by our Responsible Gaming Policy. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
12.4 Effect on bonuses. Bonus money and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon Account closure or self-exclusion. Deposit-balance funds remain withdrawable subject to standard verification.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 Ownership. All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, audio, and video — is owned by AW33 or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
13.2 Licence to use. AW33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
13.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any Content without our prior written consent.
13.4 Trademarks. "AW33" and the AW33 logo are trademarks. You may not use these trademarks without our written authorisation.
13.5 User-generated content. Any content you submit through the Platform (e.g., chat messages, reviews) grants AW33 a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 "As is" basis. The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14.2 No guarantee of uninterrupted service. AW33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or secure from unauthorised access.
14.3 Excluded damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AW33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.
14.4 Liability cap. AW33's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the balance of your Account at the time the claim arose.
14.5 Force majeure exclusion. AW33 is not liable for any failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Section 17).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AW33, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using AW33, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Force Majeure
AW33 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet or telecommunications outages, power failures, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
18. Communications
18.1 Service communications. AW33 may send you Account-related communications (e.g., verification, security alerts, transaction confirmations) via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notification. These communications are essential to the service and cannot be opted out of.
18.2 Marketing communications. With your consent, AW33 may send promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time through your Account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing message.
18.3 Notice methods. Notices to you under these Terms may be delivered via the email address on your Account or by posting on the Platform.
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 Internal resolution first. If you have a complaint, please first contact our 24/7 support team via in-app live chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
19.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate to our compliance team by emailing [LEGAL: Insert compliance email address].
19.3 Time limit. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
19.4 Final and binding. Records held by AW33 — including transaction logs, game outcomes, and chat transcripts — are deemed final and binding for the resolution of disputes, save for manifest error.

20. Modifications to Terms

20.2 Notification of material changes. Where changes are material, AW33 will provide notice via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
20.3 Continued use. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20.4 Right to refuse. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
21. Severability and Entire Agreement
21.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21.2 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AW33.
21.3 No waiver. AW33's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.
21.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. AW33 may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
